Our story.

Cosmic GM Property Inc. started because the founders kept getting the same question from friends and family: "I have a rental. Now what?"

What started as casual coffees turned into a real consulting practice. We work with first-time landlords, accidental landlords who inherited a property, and small portfolio owners who want to stop guessing and start running their rentals like a small business.

We are headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming and we consult with property owners in 38 markets across the United States, mostly by phone and video. We keep the firm small on purpose so every client gets a senior consultant from start to finish.

We are consultants. We give you information, analysis, and recommendations that help you make better decisions about your rental properties.

We are not a property manager, a real estate broker, or an investment advisor. We do not collect rent, sign leases, or sell investments. When you need one of those things, we can refer you to someone reputable.
